FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer) — widely known by DuPont's Kalrez® brand name — is the highest-performance elastomer used in O-ring sealing, combining the near-universal chemical inertness of PTFE with the elasticity of rubber. It withstands continuous service temperatures beyond 300°C and resists virtually all aggressive acids, solvents, steam and plasma exposure, making it the material of choice for applications where NBR, Viton (FKM) or EPDM cannot survive. Bharati Solutions supplies FFKM O-rings — engineered to match Kalrez® 6375, 7075 and similar compounds — in standard and custom sizes from our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Delhi NCR.
FFKM O-rings are supplied in AS568 and metric sizes on request. Because FFKM is a specialty, low-volume compound, most orders are custom-manufactured to your drawing or application requirement. Contact our technical team for lead times and minimum order quantities.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier based in Delhi NCR, our technical team helps you confirm whether FFKM is the right choice for your application versus more economical alternatives like Viton or HNBR, and can source or custom-mould FFKM O-rings to your exact specification.
Kalrez® is DuPont's registered brand name for a range of FFKM (perfluoroelastomer) compounds. FFKM is the generic material name, and Kalrez® is one manufacturer's branded version of it.
No. Viton is a brand of FKM (fluorocarbon rubber), while FFKM is a separate, higher-performance perfluoroelastomer offering broader chemical resistance and a higher maximum temperature, at a higher cost.
Yes. Bharati Solutions supplies FFKM O-rings engineered to match the performance of Kalrez® 6375, 7075 and similar compounds, custom-moulded to your specification.
